Crafted from high-grade grey cast iron or high-strength ductile iron, each box is built for exceptional durability and longevity. The lids are often marked for clear utility identification (e.g., “WATER”, “GAS”) and designed for a secure, stable fit to prevent rattling and unauthorized access.
Standard: Grey Cast Iron (Grade FG 200 as per IS 210).
High-Strength Option: Ductile Iron for high-traffic areas requiring superior impact resistance.
Material conforms to IS 210.
Design principles align with municipal engineering best practices and international standards such as BS 5834 (for surface boxes).
